الأحكام العامة للوقف

<p dir="RTL">لقد عرف علماء المسلمين الوقف: هو تحبيس الاأصل وتسبيل المنفعة.</p>

<p dir="RTL">ثم بينوا بان للوقف أنواع منها الوقف الخيري والوقف الأهلي أو الذري، والمقصود بالوقف الذري وهو الذي يوقف على شخص أو اشخاص معينين. ومن التقسيمات العامة للوقف الوقف الخاص والوقف العام، وارادوا بالوقف العام وهو ما يوقف على مصلحة عامة كالمسجد والقناطر.</p>

<p dir="RTL">ومن اوقف شيئا في سبيل الله: فينصرف الى كل قربة. ومن الشرائط العامة للوقف (التنجيز،الدوام،والاخراج عن النفس) فلو وقف على نفسه لم يصح.</p>
